Scope
A 35,000 sq ft hotel delivered as complete civil and interior works in 2025; the portfolio's only pure hotel project and the anchor for hospitality credentials beyond F&B.
The brief
Tridha Hotels in Karimnagar was planned as a contemporary hospitality destination for a city with few comparable options. The design pairs functional planning with refined interiors and durable finishes, so that guest areas feel welcoming on arrival and hold up to the daily demands of hotel operation. A single design language runs from reception through the public areas, balancing comfort for guests with efficiency for staff.
Scope of Work
Dieline executed complete civil and interior works across the 35,000 sq ft property. The scope included civil works, flooring and wall finishes, stone and granite, ceilings, partitions and wall panelling, carpentry and fixed joinery, doors and hardware, painting and decorative finishes, reception and guest-area interiors, feature elements and associated finishing works. Material procurement, shop drawings, site coordination, quality control, snag rectification and final handover were managed by Dieline through to opening.
Closing statement
A hotel whose finishes are built to welcome guests for years, not seasons.
Hotels are judged twice: on first impression and on the thousandth night. The reception and guest areas were detailed for both, with stone and granite in the high-traffic zones, panelled walls that absorb wear gracefully and joinery dimensioned for housekeeping as much as for guests. Dieline’s civil-to-finish scope meant these decisions were coordinated from the slab up, rather than reconciled late on site.
