The brief
Pricol’s Coimbatore office was designed as a professional, efficient workplace for day-to-day business operations. Practical planning, modern workplace interiors and durable finishes create a cohesive environment that balances employee comfort, operational efficiency and the corporate identity of an established engineering company.
Scope of Work
Dieline executed complete civil, interior and electrical works for the 10,000 sq ft office, including civil works, flooring and wall finishes, false and feature ceilings, gypsum and glass partitions, wall panelling, carpentry and bespoke joinery, workstations and fixed furniture, doors and hardware, painting and decorative finishes, internal electrical works, power distribution, lighting, switches and associated installations. Material procurement, shop drawings, consultant coordination, testing and commissioning, quality control, snag rectification and handover were managed by Dieline.

An engineering company’s office, executed with an engineer’s tolerance.
For a manufacturer whose products depend on precision, the office had to match. Partitions, panelling and workstation joinery were set out to tight tolerances, with services concealed cleanly within feature ceilings. The result is a quiet, orderly workplace in which the quality of execution is visible chiefly in how little draws attention to itself.
