As Accounts Head, he oversees financial records, project accounts and day-to-day accounting, so every figure is as exact as the measurements on site.
He works closely with the billing, project and management teams to keep finances clear throughout each project, from the first estimate to the final handover. His focus on accuracy, accountability and timely coordination means clients always know where their project stands, and the numbers hold up as well as the work.
